DoItAgain Merchant Service Agreement

This Service is provided at the rates set out in the Fee Schedule and is available to New Zealand residents only.

DoItAgain will endeavour to process every transaction within a reasonable amount of time but will not be held responsible for late payments or loss of income or revenue for payments that are late.

Any credit card transaction that is declined after the funds have been transferred into your bank account must be made good immediately upon notice of such event.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your customers details are correct and that you are debiting their card with the amount authorised by them.

DoItAgain will not be responsible for stolen or misappropriated information supplied by you or your customers.

Payments under option 1 in the fee schedule will be deducted from each transaction.
If you are paying under option 2 in the fee schedule, service charges will be invoiced to you at the end of each calender month by email and must be paid within 10 days of the invoice issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 10% of the amount owing.

Use of this service means you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.
